About Us

Performance is Key Foundation, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) mobilized grassroots community outreach organization that supports low-income homeowners who live in dormant communities in dire need of home repairs, upgrades, and beautification at no cost. We work in partnership with like-minded organizations or groups at local, state, and national levels and together make up a diverse and all-encompassing team according to service needs.

Our Programs

Strong and vibrant communities have safe and healthy homes. Our programs and services seek to address issues that potentially present an immediate safety or health risk to local homeowners - thereby preventing unnecessary physical & mental illness, disease, and perhaps even death.

Home Renovation and Beautification Program

Our goal this year is to help 5 families with much needed home repairs and upgrades. Through our services, we seek to stabilize and sustain neighborhoods and communities by supporting positive outcomes to homeowners and renters who are suffering due to poor housing conditions.
